SmartTOP installed but suddenly the top does not work at all
Problem:
Either right after installation or seemingly randomly the top does not work at all. Not even with the key in the door lock (turn and hold).
Possible cause:
The engine compartment lid (back lid) might be open. The contact there will block all top operation for safety reasons.
