Valet mode prevents the use of the convertible top via the interior button and the remote control. This allows the convertible top to be locked completely when a third party is using the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The Park Assist function lowers the rear view mirror when the reverse gear is engaged, so curbs or obstacles can be easily detected. The side mirrors can be automatically folded in via the remote control or when the vehicle is locked.<\/p>\n<p>Existing customers will also enjoy these new features. A USB port attached to the SmartTOP convertible top control for Mercedes-Benz E-Class enables the module to be connected to the a PC\/MAC to install software updates.
