Front windows won't roll up after closing the top from the remote

Problem:

When I remote close the top only the rear small windows go up. and when I open the top remotely then those two rear small windows go up. Im more concerned on remote controlling the top to close and having all the windows go up. do I have it programed wrong?

Cause:

For reasons unknown to us, Infiniti (Nissan) omitted the front windows close command from their software on all US models. Unfortunately this means that technically there is no way to close the front windows other than pulling the switches in the driver's door with the ignition on. Our module will NOT be able to close the front windows on these cars. When closing the top or the windows from either the remote or the center console button only the rear windows roll up while the front windows stay down. All other features like one-touch top control while driving, chirp feature etc. are not affected.

Solution:

Unfortunately this is a very bad technical limitation that (as far as we know right now) ONLY applies to US models. The factory software simply ignores the windows-up command when the ignition is not fully on. We have not yet found a way around this.  
We are still working on this and if possible, we will release a software update.
